How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your details and complete payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us at stboxpvt@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been dispatched.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is successfully placed.

How long does delivery take?

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Are your products available in different colors or variants?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stboxpvt@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we'll resolve it promptly.
