7-Day Return Policy

At Stationery Box, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items
• Damaged items due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
• Items purchased on sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at stboxpvt@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number and reason for return.
3. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including pickup or delivery arrangements.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different variant (e.g., color) subject to availability. Please reach out to us at stboxpvt@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
